AFBUDSPOLITIK
Når du booker tid hos Nails By E accepterer du automatisk den gældende afbudspolitik.
Ønsker du at aflyse din tid, skal ske online senest 24 timer inden behandlingens start.
Ved for sent afbud opkræves 50% af behandlingens beløb. Hvis aflysningen sker indenfor 5 timer fra behandlingens start regnes dette i stedet som en udeblivelse. Udeblivelser takseres med det fulde beløb.
Ved manglende betaling af gebyr udelukkes brugeren for fremover booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
By booking an appointment with Nails By E, you agree to the following cancellation policy.
Cancellations must be made online at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of your appointment, and is free of charge.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the treatment price. Cancellations made within 5 hours of the scheduled start time, as well as failure to attend your appointment, will be considered a no-show and will be charged at 100% of the treatment price.
If the fee is not paid, you will be unable to make future bookings with Nails By E until the outstanding balance has been settled.
